Mandy, the founder and Clinical Director of
Beyond the Behaviour, is the driving force behind our commitment to providing
exceptional care. As a registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner and
Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst, she brings extensive expertise and a genuine
passion to her role.
Mandy's academic background includes an M.Sc.
in Psychology and an M.Ed. in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Monash
University, which underpins her dedication to evidence-based practices. She
developed her skills in conducting assessments, leading ABA training workshops,
training parents and therapists, and creating personalised skill acquisition
procedures and behaviour support plans.
Mandy's years of experience working with
individuals of all ages have honed her expertise in evidence-based
interventions for meaningful behavioural change, including early intervention,
training and supervision, and behaviour support across various settings.
